All tours leave from the North/West part of Oceanside Harbor, CA. You’ll receive detailed directions and parking information after booking.
Our standard whale watching tour is approximately 90 minutes long.
We offer small group tours with a maximum of 6 guests to ensure an intimate and personalized experience.
We recommend wearing layers, and bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, and a camera. Light snacks and bottled water are also allowed.
Absolutely! Our vessel is US Coast Guard-inspected and kid-friendly. Children under 13 must wear provided life jackets at all times while onboard.
Most guests do fine, but if you’re prone to motion sickness, you may want to take non-drowsy medication about 30–60 minutes before departure.
Your safety is our top priority. If we need to cancel due to weather or rough seas, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, our current vessel is not wheelchair accessible. If you have specific mobility needs, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Depending on the season, you might see gray whales, humpback whales, dolphins, sea lions, and a variety of seabirds. Each tour is led by a marine biologist captain, offering expert insight into the local marine life and ecosystem.
